FAQ: highlights

No, there is no cost to play.

Every tournament has its own distinct prize pool determined by the total potential winnings for that event.
For example, in a tournament with three winners, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places each receive a share of the total prize pool.
The 1st place winner receives a larger reward than the 2nd place, and so on.
No one player will take home the entire prize pool.

- 1st: 50 Diamonds
- 2nd: 30 Diamonds
- 3rd: 20 Diamonds

You can always check the prize pool and placement rewards by tapping on the tournament name in the lobby.

FAQ: gameplay

Our matchmaking algorithm aims to pair you with players who have similar skill levels.'

WizB uses skill matching to pair players with others of similar skill levels. We strive to find opponents who are close to your level of play. Skill levels are assessed separately for each game and are updated after every contest.

As your skill level rises, the difficulty of your matchups will also increase. Your opponents may not have the exact same skill level as you; you will often be matched with players who have slightly higher or lower skills. As you win more contests, your matchups will continue to become more challenging. For more details, please see our Terms of Use.

The entry fee is the amount required to participate in a tournament.

For example, if a tournament has a 1 USD and 600 Diamonds entry fee, you will need at least 1 USD and 600 Diamonds in your balance to join.

You can view the entry fee for each tournament displayed on the right side in the lobby. Once you enter the tournament, the entry fee will be deducted from your balance.

Each tournament features a different prize pool, which is based on the total possible winnings for that specific tournament.

For instance, in a tournament with three winners, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will each receive a portion of the total prize pool. The 1st place earns a larger in-game reward than the 2nd, and so on. No player will receive the entire prize pool alone.

For example, in the 'High Stakes' tournament, the prize pool is 12 USDs, with the prizes per placement as follows:
- 1st: 6.7 USDs
- 2nd: 3.8 USDs
- 3rd: 1.5 USDs

You can always check the prize pool and placement prizes by tapping on the name of the tournament in the lobby.

After you finish a tournament, other players may still be competing since not everyone starts at the same time. The tournament will close once enough players have joined and completed their games. Until then, the leaderboard will display 'Results Pending,' indicating that some players are still active.

As soon as all players have finished the tournament, you'll see your final placement and collect any rewards you've won.

'In Progress' indicates that the tournament is still ongoing and results have not yet been determined because some players have not finished playing. Since players do not always start tournaments at the same time, this status will remain until enough players have joined and completed their games. Once that happens, the tournament will close, and you'll see the final results.

Experience Points "EXP" is your key to leveling up. Every time you participate in a tournament, you earn EXP, which fills the EXP meter located at the top left corner of your screen. Once the meter is full, you level up and unlock fantastic rewards.

Each tournament offers a different EXP reward, with higher entry fees awarding more EXP points. As your EXP level increases, it will take more tournaments to fill the meter and reach the next level.

Please reach out to our Support team, and we'll assist you in getting back on track.

If the game supports the Time Bonus feature, it will be calculated using the following formula:

Time Bonus = Base Score * (Time Remaining / Max Time)

For example, if your base score is 1000 and the game is finished in 60 seconds (leaving you with 240 seconds out of 300), your Time Bonus will be calculated as follows:

1000 * (240 / 300) = 800

The Daily Gift will be awarded once players entering the rewards page and clicking the 'Claim' button. The next Daily Gift will be available the following day.
